- Eaton Fuller 10-spd transmission MODEL FRO-16210C
- Clutch is tight and there are no issues with shifting
- Truck chassis is double-framed with HD front end
- Also has Hendrickson Hailmax HMX EX 460 46,000 pound rubber walking beam rear end with gear ratio in the 4’s
- It has (6) Alcoa wheels all the way around
- (2) brand new 425/65/22.5 Iron Man steer tires up front
- Has 285/75/24.5 low pro rear tires, 2-3 of them are brand new
- NEW PARTS: Steer tires, injectors, unit pumps, fuel pump, fuel filter housing, EGR, engine harness, and chassis harness power distributor / engine bay fuse panel and new rear rubber pads for the walking beam
- The drilling rig was professionally sand blasted and painted
- Re-built the (2) front stabilizer jacks, feed cylinder, splitter box with new drive line, the tri drive, main winch, and rear small valve body
- MISSING TO BE COMPLETED: All hydraulic hoses to be purchased, attached and mounted. The large valve body rebuilt, Top head/ swivel rebuilt and mounted. I have the upgraded tapered bearing top head as well as the older style. You need to buy some swivel parts, need to purcahse the mud pump you go with (I have a bracket and two motors for piston or centrifugal), 2 or 4 hydraulic top drive motors, cables, hydraulic cooler, and finish the control panel. Rebuild the hydraulic pumps, I have multiple sundstrand pumps. Might be cheaper to just order up new ones. I also have the 3 stage one. So I have multiple cores that will come with it.
- We’re estimating another $50k in parts plus labor to finish it as a mud rig. We can re-build some of the other cylinders, valve body, swivel, top head or hydraulic pumps for additional.
- This was built to be a mud rig if you want to run air, pay an additional $80k to put in a brand new Vanair system on. I have a cotta box to throw in if you prefer the older method.
- No warranty (sold as is)
